My name is Moy, and I am a Chef here at Siam Garden. I originally come from Bangkok, and I have over 20 years of professional cooking experience as a chef.
I owned my own restaurant in Thailand before moving to England 20 years ago.
I have been cooking my whole life, and have enjoyed every bit of it. My wish is to provide my customers at Siam Garden with the authentic Thai taste from home.
My name is Kael, and I am a Chef here at Siam Garden. I also originally come from Bangkok and have over 20 years professional cooking experience.
In Bangkok, I worked in a range of highly-rated hotels including The Hilton, Marriott and Grand Hyatt Erawan as Chef. I have also worked as head chef in South Korea for two years.
What makes me happiest is when I see my customers happy when they are eating the food I have cooked for them.
